Práce se zabývá porušováním konverzačních maxim ve vtipech o autoritách. Prezentuje komplexní model pro analýzu dialogických vtipů, který vychází z Griceovy teorie konverzačních maxim. Zohledněny byly i další pragmatické teorie, které se zabývají pravidly a normami v komunikaci, jako např. teorie zdvořilosti (Leech, Levinson) a zejména koncept nekooperativity ("Unkooperativität") od Emanuele Arielliho. Pro vlastní analýzu vtipů o autoritách (např. o lékařích, profesorech či policistech) bylo třeba přihlédnout též k sociologickým studiím o humoru a stereotypech. Analýza ukázala, že ve zkoumaných vtipech hraje porušování konverzačních maxim zásadní roli, jen zřídka však dochází ke konverzační implikatuře, naopak můžeme sledovat vysokou míru nekooperativnosti.This degree of work deals with the violation of conversational maxims in the jokes about authorities. It provides a complex model applicable for the analysis of dialogue-based jokes. The model is based on Grice's theory of conversational maxims but some aspects have been added to it concerning other pragmatic theories such as the theory of politeness (Leech, Levinson) and above all the concept of noncooperation ("Unkooperativität") as presented by Emanuele Arielli. For the analysis of the jokes about authorities (such as doctors, teachers and policemen), it was also necessary to consider the sociological studies about humour and stereotypes. The analysis has shown that the violation of conversational maxims play a central role in the provided jokes about authorities (such as doctors, teachers or cops). However it is rarely the case that the conversational implicature is conveyed, rather a high degree of non-cooperation can be traced in the analysed jokes.
