Ce mémoire agit du transport ferroviaire en France et en République Tcheque mais aussi des interventions de l´Union Européenne. Le contenu de ce travail nous présente la situation sur le marché des deux pays, il décrit et analyse les éléments importants dans le transport ferroviaire et il compare si les services offerts sont en harmonie avec l´Union Européenne. Le but de mémoire est comparer ces deux pays et voir comment ils remplissent les crit?res de l´Union Européenne pour atteindre la libéralisation.This bachelor´s thesis occupies with the railway transport in France and in the Czech Republic but also with the interventions of the European Union. The content of this thesis shows us the situation on the market of this two states. There is described and analyzed the elements important of the railway transport and it compares the offer of services that are in harmony with the rules of the European Union. The target of this thesis is based on the comparison of the two states and the analysis of how they are filling the criterions of the European Union because of the achievement of the liberalization.
