V mojej práci sa budem venovať teórii interpretatívnej sémiotiky talianskeho sémiotika Claudia Paolucciho a jej potenciálnemu rozšíreniu na organické kódy, najmä na proces výroby bielkovín v bunke. Spomeniem Ecovu definíciu spodnej sémiotickej hranice, porovnám porozumenie kategórie interpretanta rôznymi biosémiotickými teóriami a týmto budem overovať univerzalitu sémiotického aparátu a zároveň stabilitu vybraných biosémiotických prístupov. Primárne sa budem pohybovať v talianskom a českom prostredí, budem čerpať z autorov ako Umberto Eco, Claudio Paolucci, Giorgio Prodi, Marcello Barbieri, Dan Faltýnek a Anton Markoš. Spomeniem ale aj iných autorov (predovšetkým z oblasti biosémiotiky) a to napríklad Howarda H. Patteeho a Wolfganga Raible. Zameriam san a otvorenú diskusiu medzi Markošom a Barbierim ohľadne kategórie interpretanta a na hjelmslevksé pojmy výraz a obsah. Budem sa snažiť definovať sémiotické kategórie tak, aby tieto dokázali univerzálne popísať akýkoľvek možný znakový proces.Abstract: In my thesis I will discuss the theory of Interpretative Semiotics by Italian semiotician Claudio Paolucci and its possible application on the organic codes, namely on the process of protein synthesis in the cell. I will pause on the U. Eco´s definition of the lower semiotic threshold, I will compare understandings of categories of interpretant by various existing biosemiotic theories, in this way verifying the universality of semiotic equipment and the stability of selected biosemiotic approaches. I will work primarily in the Czech and Italian environment. I will draw from authors such as Umberto Eco, Claudio Paolucci, Giorgio Prodi, Marcello Barbieri, Dan Faltýnek, and Anton Markoš. Though I will mention also other authors (especially from the field of biosemiotics), e.g. Howard H. Pattee and Wolfgang Raible. I will focus on open dispute about the category of interpretant between Barbieri and Markoš and on the hjelmslevian notions of expression and content. I will try to find such a universal definition of semiotic categories (expression, content, interpretant), so these categories can describe every possible sign process.
