Tato bakalářské práce se snaží přiblížit grafomotoriku a její obtíže blíže k tématu fyzioterapie, jelikož bez kvalitní funkce ruky jako celku by grafický projev nebyl možný. Úvod práce je zaměřen na vývoj grafomotorické činnosti, na onemocnění či vady, které způsobují problémy v této oblasti, a na odlišné typy úchopů, které jsou nezbytné pro držení psacího náčiní a následně psaní. Odborná část práce se věnuje tetraplegickým pacientům, kteří mají ve spektru diagnóz výrazně porušenou funkci ruky, tudíž i grafomotorický projev. Dále je rozebráno jejich úskalí v oblasti úchopů a možnosti, jež navrátí dostatečnou funkci ruky.This Bachelor's thesis tends to approach graphomotorics and its difficulties close to physiotherapy's topic because a graphic expression would not be available without quality hand function as a complex. The introduction is focused on development of graphomotor activities, illnesses and defects which cause problems in this section, and various types of prehension which are essential for holding writing implements and subsequently writing. The special part is centred on tetraplegic patients who have limited hand function in the spectrum of diagnosis and therefore changed graphomotorics. There is also analyzed their grip's problems and possibilities to restore sufficient hand function.
