Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pádů a zranění u hospitalizovaných seniorů s ortostatickou hypotenzí. Shromažďuje dosud publikované informace o problematice ortostatické hypotenze u seniorů a jejím vlivu na vznik pádu a zranění. Předkládá poznatky o příčinách a prevenci pádů v nemocničních zařízeních obecně, u nás i v zahraničí. Závěr bakalářské práce informuje o publikovaných nefarmakologických intervencích v léčbě ortostatické hypotenze, důležitých pro prevenci pádů a zranění křehkých seniorů. Gathers information published so far on the issue of orthostatic hypotension in the elderly and its influence on the development of fall and injuries. Presents findings about the causes and prevention of falls in hospitals in general, both at home and abroad. Conclusion of the work informs about published nonpharmacologic interventions in the treatment of orthostatic hypotension, important for preventing falls and injuries of frail elderly. All findings were finded in peer-reviewed journals Clinical Geriatrics, Journal of the American Geriatrics Society, Reviews in Clinical Gerontology, Applied Nursing Research, Journal of the American College of Cardiology, Age & Ageing, The American Journal of Medicine, Physician, Florence and other in English and Czech.
