Přehledová bakalářská práce předkládá publikované poznatky k tématu nutrice křehkých seniorů a to konkrétně z oblasti domácí a institucionální péče. Zaměřuje se především na obsah výživy, hodnoty, jednotlivé složky, význam pro zdraví a kvalitu života seniorů. Další část práce se věnuje nutrici v domácí a institucionální péči, vlivům stereotypů seniora, hodnocením výživy, intervencím sestry a možnostem výživy v každé z jednotlivých péčí. Součástí práce je také edukace seniorů v nutriční oblasti, která zahrnuje domácí a zahraniční specifika. Uvedené informace byly dohledány v databázích EBSCO, ProQuest, PubMed, BMČ a pomocí vyhledávače Google scholar. Práce má čtyři cíle. Zaměřují se na zásady výživy, nutrici hospitalizovaných seniorů, nutrici seniorů v domácí péči a edukaci. Byly použity studie z Velké Británie, Belgie, České Republiky, Spojených států amerických a Německa.The thesis points out published findings on the topic of nutrition of fragile elderly people, specifically in home and institutional care. It is mainly focused on nutrition contents, values, individual components, the impact on health and thequality of elderly people's lives. Another part is focused on home and institutional nutrition care, the influences of the elderly people's stereotypes, the evaluation of nutrition, nurse interventions and nutrition options in each of the care types. A part of the thesis is also the education of the elderly people in the field of nutrition which also includes national and foreign specifications. Provided data were found in databases EBSCO, ProQuest, PubMed, BMC and Google Scholar. The thesis has four main objectives which focus on nutrition principles, nutrition of hospitalized elderly people, nutrition of elderly people in home care, and nutrition education. Researches from the UnitedKingdom, Belgium, the Czech Republic, USA and Germany were used.
