Přehledová bakalářská práce sumarizuje publikované informace o prevenci a ošetřovatelské péči o zdravou kůži seniorů. Předkládá dohledané informace o hygieně, výživě, hydrataci seniorů ve vztahu ke kůži a o nejčastějších kožních problémech, které se mohou vyskytnout. Cílem bakalářské práce je sumarizovat informace, jak preventivně pečovat o kůži, aby zůstala, co nejdéle zdravá. V rámci prevence je vhodné edukovat seniora nebo rodinu v péči o kůži, pomoci jim vybrat vhodné ochranné prostředky, doporučit textilní materiály na oděv a prověřit zda péči o sebe zvládají. Poznatky byly dohledány v recenzovaných odborných plnotextech v českém, anglickém a německém jazyce.This bachelor's final work deals with the issues of prevention and nursing care of senior´s skin. There are summed up the published information about the preventive activities which contribute to preserve seniors´ skin in a healthy way. There are presented some information about lifestyle, recommended to seniors in relations to skin and the most common problems that may occur on seniors´ skin. The aim of this final work is to find out how to look after the skin in a preventive way, how to get dressed, what kind of health aid to use in order to keep skin healthy, what influence nutrition can have on skin of seniors and the last but not least what the most important aspect in nursing care about senior´s healthy skin is. All the information was found out in reviewed special text matter in Czech,English and Germany language.
