Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou apendicitidy v průběhu života ženy. První kapitola shrnuje komplexní informace o apendicitidě. Zabývá se etiologií, rozdělením, klinickým obrazem, vyšetřovacími metodami, diferenciální diagnostikou, komplikacemi, rozdílnosti uložení apendixu, léčbou. Zmiňuje se také o fertilitě a lázeňské léčbě. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na apendicitidu v těhotenství. Popisuje klinický obraz, diagnostiku, léčbu a možné komplikace. Třetí kapitola pojednává o ošetřovatelské péči s tímto onemocněním. Je kladen důraz na potřeby, komunikaci, edukaci nemocné a také předoperační a pooperační péči.This summarizing bachelor thesis deals with the problem of appendicitis during a woman´s life. The first chapter sums up the complex information about appendicitis. It concentrates on etiology, division, clinical record, methods of examination, differential diagnosis, complications, differences in appendix location, treatment. It also mentions fertility and spa treatment. The second chapter concerns itself with appendicitis in pregnancy. It describes the clinical record, diagnosis, treatment and possible complications. The third chapter deals with the nursing care connected with this disease. The needs, communication, education of the ill as well as preoperative and postoperative care are emphasized.
