V závěrečné bakalářské práci shrnuji anatomické a fyziologické poznatky o dolních cestách močových a svalech pánevního dna. Je popsána neurofyziologie mikce a mechanismus kontinence. Část práce je věnována kvalitě života, jejímu hodnocení a vlivu stresové inkontinence na kvalitu života. Jsou popsány typy inkontinence a jejich mechanismy. Hlavní část se týká stresové inkontinence u žen, její klasifikaci, patofyziologii a diagnostice. Pozornost je věnována hlavně konzervativní terapii stresové inkontinence jak u nás, tak v zahraničí.The anatomic and physiological information about the lower urinary tract and muscles of the pelvic floor are summarized in this bachelor thesis. In this thesis is then described the neurophysiology of urination and the mechanism of incontinence. One part of the thesis is dedicated to the quality of life, its evaluation and effect of the stress incontinence on the quality of life. The types of incontinence and its mechanisms are also described. The main part deals with the women's stress incontinence, its clasification, patophysiology and diagnostics. The conservative therapy of the stress incontinence is paid attention from the Czech point of view, so as from the foreign countries' point of view.
