Práce se zabývá aspekty chronické léčby imunosupresivními látkami, především rizikem interakcí a nežádoucích účinků. Hodnotí vnímání rizika a adherenci u pacientů, v druhé části se pak zabývá kvantifikací faktorů ovlivňujících plazmatické hladiny inhibitorů kalcineurinu u pacientů po transplantaci ledvin a hodnotí jejich vliv na úspěšnost udržení hladin v optimálním terapeutickém rozmezí. Výsledky práce přinášejí informace, které mohou pomoci lékařům v klinické praxi při vedení léčby a edukci pacientů.The thesis focuses on aspects of chronic immunosuppressive therapy, namely risk of drug-drug interactions and adverse effects. It studies risk perception and adherence in immunosuppressed pacients and quantifies factors affecting plasma levels of calcineurin inhibitors in patients after kidney transplants, including their effects on maintenance of plasma levels in the recommended therapeutic range. These results bring information that can guide physicians in their clinical practice when managing immunosuppressive therapy and educating patients.
