Bakalářská diplomová práce je z oboru sociologie. Cílem diplomové práce je zaměřit se na výzkumné dotazovací techniky, anketu a dotazník. Práce obsahuje modely ankety a dotazníku vytvořené na základě předchozího studia dostupných metodologických publikací. Model ankety a dotazníku je dále demonstrován reálnými příklady šetření spokojenosti z praxe na městských úřadech v České republice. Poslední část práce je věnována experimentu studii spokojenosti klientů ve veřejné správě na Městském úřadě v Litomyšli. Výsledkem je komparace jednotlivých výzkumných technik.Bachelor thesis is in the field of sociology. The aim of the thesis is focused on the research techniques, survey and questionnaire. This bachelor thesis include model of survey and model of questionnare which are based on research of Czech and foreign literature describes research techniques. The model of survey and the model of questionnaire is demonstrated on real examples of citizen surveying in local government in the Czech Republic. The experiment of citizen surveying in local government is in the last part of the bachelor thesis. The thesis also speaks about customer satisfaction of local government.
