Transformace sociálních služeb pro lidi s postižením představuje změnu velkokapacitní ústavní péče na bydlení a podporu v běžném prostředí. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výsledek procesu transformace v zařízení Vincentinum, p.o. Šternberk. Nová sociální služba chráněné bydlení umožnila osmi klientům, opustit život v ústavním zařízení a žít život takový, jaký zažívají jejich vrstevníci. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je poukázat na to, zda splňuje chráněné bydlení očekávání a cíle transformace v zařízení, jaké změny tento proces umožnil samotným klientům, zda jim prospěla větší samostatnost. Jak hodnotí změny a přístup k životu uživatelů jejich vychovatelé a pracovníci v sociálních službách. Zda umožnil proces transformace i integraci osob s mentálním postižením do společnosti.The transformation of social services for people with disabilities represents the change in the mass of institutional care on the housing and support in the current environment. The thesis focuses on the outcome of the process of transformation in the Vincentinum, p.o. Šternberk. New social service sheltered housing - enabled eight clients to leave the constitutional life and live the life as experienced by their peers. The aim of my thesis is to highlight whether it meets the expectations and objectives of the sheltered housing transformation in the facilities, what changes this process enabled by the clients, and whether they benefit from greater autonomy. It also tries to evaluate how the changes and approach to life is accepted by their educators and staff users in social services. Does the process of transformation and integration of people with intellectual disabilities integrate them into society?
