Tématem této disertační práce je přehled a vývoj díla britského sociologa Petera Jarvise. Cílem je vytvořit monografickou studii na základě kvantitativní analýzy základních pojmových kategorií systematického chronologického přehledu díla Petera Jarvise a následné rekonceptualizace stanovených kategorií do podoby ucelených teoretických konceptů ve vztahu k české integrální andragogice. Disertační práce je založena na kombinaci deduktivního kvantitativního rozboru textů a induktivního modelu identifikace základních pojmových kategorií monografického díla Petera Jarvise. V závěru textu jsou pojmenovány přesahy teorie Petra Jarvise do české integrální andragogiky a inspirace, kterou nabízí v teoretické a metodologické rovině. Základní text disertační práce je doplněn o rozsáhlé přílohy, které zobrazují použitou metodologii a nabízejí zdrojová data jako další materiál k sekundární analýze pro potřeby andragogického výzkumu.The topic of this thesis is the overview and development of the work of British sociologist Peter Jarvis. The aim is to create a monograph based on the quantitative analysis of the general conceptual categories of the systematic chronological overview of Peter Jarvis work. Then the categories help to reconceptualise the work into comprehensive theoretical concepts and relate them to the Czech integral andragogy. This dissertation thesis is based on combination of deductive quantitative analysis of Peter Jarvis texts and inductive model of identifying basic conceptual categories of Peter Jarvis monographic work. I name the transcendences of Peter Jarvis theory towards Czech integral andragogy and inspirations offered by his theory and methodology at the end of the thesis. There are many pages of additional files attached to the main text of the thesis, so anyone can see and use the data I worked with as a material to more research work in andragogy scientific research.
