Tato bakalářská práce je orientovaná na problematiku orgány obcí. Cílem práce je vymezit právní postavení obce, její základy a charakteristika jednotlivých orgánů obce. V úvodní části mé bakalářské práce se zaměřuji na charakteristiku obcí, vymezení pojmu samostatná a přenesená působnost. Ve stěžejní části práce jsou rozpracovány orgány obce, jejich složení, pravomoci v oblasti samostatné a přenesené působnosti a vzájemná interakce mezi nimi. Druhá část bakalářská práce je zaměřena na konkrétní obec. Jako konkrétní obec jsem si vybrala město Šternberk, které jsem si zvolila z toho důvodu, že jde o mé rodné město.This bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of municipal authorities. The aim of the thesis is to define the legal position of municipalities, their foundations and the characteristics of the individual municipal authorities. In the introductory part of my bachelor's thesis I examine the characteristics of municipalities, defining the terms of separated powers and delegated powers. In the crucial part of the thesis, the municipal authorities are dealt with, including their structure, competence in the area of separated powers and delegated powers and the mutual interaction between them. The second part of the bachelor's thesis is focused on a concrete municipal. As this concrete municipal, I chose the town of Šternberk, which I decided for because it is my home town.
