Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem motivace streetworkerů. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, faktory, které streetworkery motivují k práci. Práce se také zaměřuje na zjištění důvodů, které vedly streetworkery k výběru povolání, zda je jejich práce naplňuje a jestli si sami sebe dokážou představit na této pracovní pozici i v budoucnu. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol zabývající se streetworkem v kontextu sociální práce, streetworkem v kontextu terénní sociální práce a poslední kapitola je zaměřena na motivaci. Druhá část se zabývá metodologií výzkumu. Třetí část se věnuje empirii, ve které jsou analyzovány hloubkové rozhovory se streetworkery s cílem získat odpověď na výzkumnou otázku týkající se jejich motivace k práci.This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the streetworks motivation. The main goal is to find out factors which inspire streetworkers to their job. This thesis is also focusing on reasons like why have the streetworkers took their current occupation, if this job is fullfiling and if they can imagine themselves in this work stage in the future. The thesis is comprised of three parts. Theoretical part is divided into the three chapters, devoted to the street work in context with social work, outreach work and the final chapter is dedicated to the motivation. Second part is devoted to the metodology research. And finally the third part deals with empiricism - depth interviews are analyzed here in order to gain an answer to research question concerning their work motivation.
