Předkládaná diplomová práce popisuje postavení orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v síti služeb pro ohrožené děti a rodiny. Cílem práce je popsat fungování OSPOD v České republice, vymezit limity práce s ohroženými dětmi ze strany OSPOD a navrhnout řešení, která by vedla k zefektivnění systému péče o ohrožené děti. V následujícím textu je popsáno legislativní ukotvení sociálně-právní ochrany, dále se zabývá možnostmi náhradní rodinné péče a personální strukturou OSPOD. Závěrem jsou předloženy návrhy na změny v systému péče o ohrožené děti se zaměření na problematiku OSPOD. Práce je andragogické povahy s přínosem zejména pro sociální práci.Presented thesis describes the position of social-legal protection of children in the services network for vulnerable children and families. The aim of thesis is to describe the functioning of Authority of the social-legal protection of children in the Czech Republic, to define the limits of working with vulnerable children by Authority of the social-legal protection of children and propose solutions that would increase the effectiveness the system of care for vulnerable children. The following text describes the legislative basis for the social-legal protection, also deals with the possibilities of alternative family care and personnel structure of Authority of the social-legal protection of children. In conclusion, there are presented proposals for changes in the system of care for vulnerable children focused on Authority of the social-legal protection of children issues. Thesis is an andragogical character with benefits particularly for social work.
