Diplomová práce se zabývá shromážděním delegátů družstva. V první části se zaměřuje na historický vývoj družstva s přihlédnutím k jeho právní úpravě pro posouzení vhodnosti zařazení právní úpravy družstva do zákona o obchodních korporacích. Dále poukazuje na vývoj právní úpravy regulující shromáždění delegátů družstva na našem území. Důležitou částí je zamyšlení nad právním postavením shromáždění delegátů a samotných delegátů. V závěru je zhodnocena právní úprava shromáždění delegátů družstva v zákoně o obchodních korporacích.This thesis deals with the Assembly of Delegates of the cooperative. The first part focuses on the historical development of cooperatives with respect to its legislation to assess the appropriateness of the inclusion of cooperative legislation into Business Corporations Act. Further, it highlights the development of legislation regulating the Assembly of Delegates of the cooperative in our area. Important part is to think about the legal status of the delegates and the delegates themselves. In conclusion it evaluated legislation Assembly of Delegates of the cooperative in Business Corporations Act.
