Přehledová bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tématiku závislosti na alkoholu z pohledu všeobecné sestry. Sumarizuje informace o alkoholu obecně jako nebezpečné droze a dále se zaměřením účinků alkoholu na organismus, konzumaci u specifických skupin obyvatel a statistiky týkající se České republiky. V další části informuje o problematice závislosti na alkoholu u všeobecných sester na jejich pracovišti. Dále přináší poznatky o alkoholu ve vztahu k ošetřovatelství, kde se zaměřuje na primární péči, ošetřovatelskou péči v akutních stavech a na chronickou péči. Poslední kapitola pojednává o kvalitě života pacientů, se zaměřením na význam rodiny jako sociální opory, léčbu alkoholismu a výživu jako součást léčby, kvalitu života, životní styl a mentální zdraví či prevenci a edukaci z pohledu všeobecné sestry. Poznatky byly dohledány v českých i zahraničních recenzovaných periodikách a online dokumentech, více článků bylo využito ze zahraničních zdrojů. It summarizes information about alcohol in general as a dangerous drug and focusing effects of alcohol on the body, consumption of specific groups of the population and statistics concerning the Czech Republic. In the next section it informs about the problems of alcohol addiction among nurses in their workplace. Further there is the evidence of alcohol in relation to nursing, where it focuses on primary care, nursing care in acute conditions and chronic care. The last chapter deals with the quality of life of patients, focusing on the importance of the family as social support, alcohol and nutrition therapy as part of treatment, quality of life, lifestyle and mental health and the prevention and education from the perspective of nurses. The findings were traced in Czech and international peer reviewed journals and online documents, more articles were found in foreign sources.
