Tématem diplomové práce byla problematika domácího násilí páchaného na ženách. Teoretická část obšírně pojednává o domácím násilí, jeho formách, znacích, cyklu či fázích násilí a příčinách. Práce se podrobně věnuje popisu žen, které jsou obětí, partnerskému vztahu mezi agresorem a obětí, následkům domácího násilí, varovným signálům ve vztahu, vlivu násilí na děti, široce uvádí možnosti pomoci těmto týraným ženám, organizace, které působí v této oblasti. Věnuje se krizovému plánu a jiným možnostem pomoci. Ve výzkumné části zjišťujeme prostřednictvím rozhovorů stanovené dílčí cíle. Pomocí otázek zkoumáme život s násilným partnerem. Cílem práce bylo poskytnout komplexní informace o domácím násilí a výsledky z rozhovorů poté interpretovat na mentální mapu. Mapa je jedinečná, neboť vychází ze života pěti žen. Celá tato práce může sloužit jako podnět pro další týrané ženy, které se mohou ztotožnit s příběhem žen a získat informace, kam se mohou obrátit, které organizace jsou připraveny jim pomoci. Zjistí, že na problémy nejsou samy. Výsledky práce a její obsah jsou určeny pro odbornou i neodbornou veřejnost.The diploma thesis deals with the problem of domestic violence committed against women. The theoretical part of the thesis offers a detailed description of the domestic violence phenomenon; paying due attention to its forms, features, the domestic violence cycle and its individual phases, and to the causes of domestic violence. The thesis provides detailed description of the woman victims, it also describes the relationship of the partners, the aggressor and the victim. Last but not least, the consequences of domestic violence are described as well as the warning signals occurring in the relationship before the domestic violence itself. The influence of domestic violence upon children is also in the focus of the thesis. The thesis offers a wide range of possibilities for the abused women to obtain professional help, naming organizations specialized in the field. The emergency plan as well as other options are introduced. In the research-oriented part of the thesis, the partial research goals are examined using interviews. The researcher's questions are focused upon the features of everyday life with the violent partner. The thesis main aim was to obtain complex information on domestic violence and to transform the results of the interviews onto a mental map. The map is unique, as it is based on life stories of five women. The thesis as a whole can serve as a source of identification for other abused women, who can relate with the stories and at the same time obtain information about organizations ready to help them. As a result the women will see that they are not alone with their problem. The results of the thesis as well as its contents are available for both experts and wide layman public.
