Bakalářská práce pojednává o transformaci sociálních služeb v Pardubickém kraji, konkrétně o transformaci Domova sociálních služeb Slatiňany. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické si vymezíme pojmy mentální retardace a mentální postižení, snažíme se vydefinovat osobnost člověka s mentálním postižením, vyjasníme si, co je myšleno transformací sociálních služeb a zaměříme se konkrétně na průběh projektu v rámci Domova sociálních služeb Slatiňany. V praktické části zjistíme názory účastníků výzkumu na tento proces a globálně i přístup k lidem s postižením.Bachelor thesis "Analysis of readiness for transformation of social services in selected region" discusses the transformation of social services in the Pardubice region, namely the transformation of the House of social care. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical defines concepts of mental retardation and mental disability, we try to define the personality of a person with mental retardation, we clarify what is meant by the transformation of social services and focus specifically on the progress of the project within the the House of social care. In the practical part we find respondents' views on the process and as well as access to people with disabilities.
