V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám postavením asistenta pedagoga a osobního asistenta u žáků se zdravotním postižením, zejména se sluchovou vadou. Zabývám se především pracovní náplní obou asistentů, zejména spolupráce s učitelem. Zmiňuje se zde postup při zřízení asistenta na škole, jeho úskalí a zařazení do vzdělávacího systému. Dále práce uvádí legislativní ukotvení obou asistentů, jejich způsoby vzdělávání a finančního ohodnocení. Nastiňuje rozdělení sluchových vad a vzděláváním osob se sluchovým postižením. V poslední kapitole je zmíněn rozhovor s asistentkami pedagoga a jejich pohled na svou práciThis thesis deals with the position of a teaching assistant and personal assistant for pupils with disabilities, especially with hearing defect. It's focused on job description of both assistants and their cooperation with teacher and it likewise defines the process of establishing the position of assistant at school, its obstacles and inclusion into the education system. The thesis further clarifies the legislation concerning the position of both assistants, their education and the salary. In the thesis there is also outlined the distribution of hearing defects and education of persons with these problems. In the last part there is mentioned an interview with teaching assistants and their view of their work.
