Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis Duchenneovy svalové dystrofie a shrnuje informace z české a cizojazyčné časopisecké literatury za posledních pár let. Uvádí do problematiky samotného onemocnění, popisuje klinický obraz, přidružené komplikace a možnosti časné a co nejpřesnější diagnostiky. Podává informace o možnostech moderní léčebné rehabilitace, především v oblasti kinezioterapie a respirační fyzioterapie. Dále představuje druhy ortotických pomůcek, exoskeletů a uvádí vhodnosti jejich aplikace.This bachelor thesis is focused on description of Duchenne muscular dystrophy. It tries to summarize information from Czech and worldwide known journal literature of the last few years. It discusses the whole topic of the disease. It describes options of its treatment and its clinical picture, associated complications and early accurate diagnosis. This thesis also provides information about the possibilities of modern medical rehabilitation, particularly in the area of physiotherapy and respiratory physiotherapy. Moreover it introduces types of orthotic tools and summarizes its application in appropriate therapy.
