Cílem práce je vytvořit popis pracovního místa osobní asistence Centra pro zdravotně postižené Ústeckého kraje, o. p. s. a využitím aplikace teoreticky koncipovaného modelu popisu a specifikace pracovního místa osobní asistence tento cíl naplnit. K tomu je potřeba vypořádat se s legislativním ukotvením, definováním a popisem pracovní pozice osobní asistence, v rámci níž se text věnuje organizační struktuře organizace, náplni práce, hodnocení práce osobní asistence, provázanosti pracovní činnosti osobních asistentů a přímých nadřízených a názoru osobních asistentů na projekt osobní asistence.An aim is to create a job description of the personal assistance from the Centre for Handicapped of the Ústí Region (Benevolent Society) and by the application using of the theoretically conceived model of description and by the job specifications of the personal assistance to this objective.
