Tato práce pojednává o přípravě nových derivátů benzo[1,4]-diazepin-5-onů se substituenty v poloze 2- a 4- pomocí syntézy na pevné fázi. Výchozími látkami pro přípravu cílových sloučenin jsou přírodní -aminokyseliny, bromacetofenony a nitrobenzoová kyselina. Teoretická část je věnována v literatuře popsaným metodám syntézy cílových derivátů a příbuzných sloučenin a studiu jejich biologické aktivity. V diskusní části je shrnuta problematika týkající se přípravy cílových sloučenin.V experimentální části práce jsou uvedeny všechny obecné postupy příprav a izolace těchto derivátů a analytická data. Poslední část je pak věnována shrnutí výsledků a jejich vyhodnocení.This Bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of new derivatives of benzo[1,4]-diazepin-5-ones with various substituents in position 2- and 4- by solid phase synthesis. The starting material for the preparation of target compounds is natural -amino acids, bromoacetophenones and nitrobenzoic acid. The Theoretical section is devoted to general information about solid-phase synthesis, hereinafter described in the literature methods of synthesis of target derivatives and related compounds and the study of their biological activity. In the Discussion there are summarized issues concerning the preparation of target compounds. Experimental section contains all general procedures for preparation and isolation of target derivatives and analytical data. The last part is devoted to a summary of the results and their evaluation.
