Práce shrnuje základní anatomické poznatky o Achillově šlaše, kostech, kloubech a svalech nohy a hlezenního kloubu. Zabývá se kineziologií hlezenního kloubu, nožní klenbou a biomechanikou chůze. Ve speciální části zpracovává etiologii, diagnostiku a jednotlivé způsoby terapie ruptur Achillovy šlachy. V praktické části rozebírá nejběžnější metody a techniky léčebné rehabilitace u tohoto poranění, včetně měkkých technik, mobilizací, speciálních metod kinezioterapie a fyzikální terapie. Na konci uvádí kazuistiku pacienta po perkutánní sutuře Achillovy šlachy s kineziologickým vyšetřením a rehabilitačním plánem.The thesis summarizes basic anatomic findings about the Achilles tendon, bones, joints and muscles of foot and hock joint. It deals with the hock joint kinesiology, an instep and walk biomechanics. In its special part, the thesis concerns with etiology, diagnostics and individual methods of Achilles tendon rupture therapy. In its practical part, the thesis analyzes the most common medical rehabilitation methods and techniques with this kind of injury, including soft techniques, mobilizations, special kinesiotherapy methods and physical therapy. In the conclusion, the thesis provides patient's casuistry after percutaneous surgical suture, with kinesiology examination and rehabilitation plan.
