Bakalářská práce nabízí náhled do problematiky šlachových transferů. Cílem je předat čtenáři komplexní přehled o problematice transferu šlach, jeho indikacích, operačních metodách a o nepostradatelné rehabilitaci. V první části je čtenář seznámen s informacemi, které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení celé problematiky. Dále je v bakalářské práci uvedena technika transferu a nejčastěji používané svaly. V druhé časti práce je probírána rehabilitace, uvedeny jsou konkretní doporucení a praktické informace. Součástí práce je kazuistika pacienta po transferu šlach pro periferní parézu n. radialis.The bachelor thesis offers an insight into the tendon transfers. Its objective is to present a comprehensive overview of the tendon transfers, their indications, surgical techniques and necessary rehabilitation. In the first part, the basic information necessary for understanding of the problem is presented. In addition, this part describes the methods of the transfer and the most frequently used muscles. In the second part of the bachelor thesis the rehabilitation is discussed and specific recommendations and practical information presented. The thesis also includes a case study of a patient after tendon transfer because of radial nerve palsy.
