Bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu zrakové ostrosti, jejích typech a způsobech měření. Zabývá se možnostmi zápisu zrakové ostrosti a konstrukcí optotypů. Dále je zmíněn vliv kontrastu na zrakovou ostrost. V následující části je nastíněna struktura sítnice a jsou popsána receptivní pole. Stěžejní část bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou konturové interakce a crowding fenoménu a je zaměřena na jejich vlastnosti a mechanismy. Závěr práce je věnován vlastnostem a možným příčinám konturové interakce a crowdingu při amblyopii.The bachelor's thesis deals with visual acuity, its types and methods of measurement. It concerns the possibilities of recording the visual acuity as well as the optotype construction possibilities. Moreover, the influence of contrast on the visual acuity is mentioned. In the following part the structure of retina is outlined and the receptive fields are described. The main part of the thesis deals with the contour interaction and crowding phenomenon issue and is focused on their properties and mechanisms. The thesis is concluded with the properties and possible causes of both contour interaction and crowding phenomenon in the case of amblyopia.
