Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou etiky a názorem zdravotních sester na Etický kodex. Teoretická část se věnuje historii etiky, etice ve zdravotnictví a jednotlivým článkům Etického kodexu sester. Popisuje problematiku etiky na vybraných pracovištích. Empirická část předkládá výsledky dotazníkového průzkumného šetření, které informují o názorech zdravotních sester chirurgických i nechirurgických oborů na jednotlivé články Etického kodexu sester, názorech na možnost využití v praxi a problematiku dodržování z pohledu sester.The theme of this dissertation is the issues of ethics and opinion of Code of ethics from the perspective of nurse. The theoretical part covers the history of ethics, ethics in health care and individual articles of Code of ethics for Nurses. It describes the problems of ethics on selected medical departments. The empiric part presents the results of questionnaire investigation, which informs about opinions of nurses from both surgical and non-surgical fields about individual articles of Code of ethics for Nurses, opinions about their possibilities of utilization in praxis and problems with compliance from the perspective of nurse.
