Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice faktorů predikující schopnost chůze s protézou u pacientů po amputaci dolních končetin a jejich obecných funkčních schopností. Na základě literární rešerše je zde vytvořen přehled přístupů v hodnocení a testování pacientů po amputaci dolních končetin. Tyto klinické nástroje hodnotí aktuální stav pacienta, ze kterého je dále možné predikovat a sledovat další vývoj. Na základě výsledků těchto hodnocení a souhrnu informací z pacientovi anamnézy je pak možné adekvátně upravovat individuální rehabilitační plán pacienta vzhledem k jeho aktuálním potřebám. Rehabilitace je pak zaměřena na zlepšení sebeobsluhy v rámci běžných denních činností nebo zahrnuje i nácvik chůze v protéze, případně s dalšími pomůckami. Z přehledu informací ze zahraniční literatury a kazuistik v této diplomové práci vyplývá, že faktory ovlivňující schopnost chůze s protézou u pacientů po amputaci dolní končetiny jsou nejen anamnestické údaje, ale zejména výsledky klinických testů.This thesis deals with the issues of factors predicting the ability of patients after amputation of lower limbs to walk with the aid of prosthetic devices and their general functioning capabilities. On the basis of a literary review, the work presents an overview of approaches in the evaluation and testing of patients after amputation of a lower limb. These clinical tools asses the patient´s current condition form which it is possible to predict and monitor its subsequent development. On the basis of results of these assessments and summaries of information obtained from the patient´s medical records, it is then possible to adopt adequately the patient´s individual rehabilitation plan according to his/her current needs. The following rehabilitation is then focused on improving the patient´s self-sufficiency within the usual daily activities, including the practise of walking with prosthetic or other tools. The overview of information from foreign literature and casuistries in this thesis reveal that the factors affecting the ability of patients after amputation of a lower limb to walk with a prosthetic device include not only anamnestic data but especially the results of clinical tests.
