Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením kvality poskytovaných sociálních služeb ze strany klientů. Cílem této práce je zjistit jak vnímají klienti Domova pro seniory Soběsuky kvalitu poskytovaných sociálních služeb. Práce zpracovává téma v kvalitativním přístupu metodou polostandardizovaných rozhovorů. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí teoretická východiska a metodologie výzkumu. V teoretické části se věnuji vysvětlení pojmů jako senior a domov pro seniory, kvalita sociálních služeb, vnímání klienta (seniora), atp. Vymezení těchto pojmů nám pomůže lépe pochopit výsledky výzkumu, které jsou pro tuto práci stěžejní. Tato práce bude přínosem především pro Domov pro seniory Soběsuky, který si výzkum vyžádal se záměrem zjistit, nakolik jsou klienti jejich zařízení spokojeni s poskytovanou službou. Dále jako inspirace pro další domovy pro seniory.This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the quality of social services by the clients. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the clients of the Retirement Home in Sobesuky perceive the quality of the services provided. The thesis approaches the topic through a qualitative study using semi-standardized interview. The thesis consists of two parts the theoretical background and the research methodology. This thesis will be especially beneficial for the management and staff of the Retirement Home in Sobesuky who requested the research with the aim to find out whether their clients are satisfied with their services. Furthermore, it can serve as a source of inspiration for other retirement homes.
