Předmětem diplomové práce je překlad vybraných ruských receptů a následný komentář překladu. Zaměřujeme se na historii ruské kuchyně a specifika překladu receptů z ruštiny do češtiny. V komentáři překladu popisujeme reálie, týkající se ruské kuchyně, v gramatické části se zaměřujeme na překlad slovních spojení, sloves, přechodníků a ustálených konstrukcí. Součástí práce jsou také fotografie připravovaných pokrmů.The main topic of this work is translation of Russian recipes. We focus on specifics of the translation from Russian to Czech. There are two parts in this work. The first part describes the history of the Russian cuisine, which is divided into 6 periods. The second part of the work gives information about some issues in translation. There is the information about using phrases, verbs and nouns in this part. In the end of the work, there are original recipes and pictures of dishes.
