Tématem práce je výroba kol v České Republice od jejích počátků po současnost se speciálním zaměřením na nizozemskou firmu Bike Fun International. První část práce je věnována stručnému nástinu historie výroby jízdních kol na našem území, který zároveň slouží jako podklad pro formulaci možných důvodů, proč se nizozemský investor rozhodl právě zde započít svou výrobu jízdních kol. Stěžejní část práce je poté věnována samotné analýze společnosti Bike Fun International, jejímž cílem je mimo jiné posoudit úspěšnost této firmy a jejíž výsledky dále slouží k formulaci možného budoucího nástinu vývoje firmy. Závěr práce je věnován krátkému zamyšlení nad možným budoucím vývojem výroby kol obecně.The main aim of the thesis is to analyse the production of bicycles in the Czech Republic with special focus on the Dutch company Bike Fun International. The first part briefly investigates a history of the bicycle production in the country and also helps to reveal possible reasons why have the Dutch investor decided to begin his production right in this country. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to analyzing of the company itself. The purpose of the analysis is to assess the success of the company and the results of the analysis also serve to formulation of a possible future development of the company. The end of the thesis describes possible future developments in the bicycle industry in general.
