S využitím dostupných informačních zdrojů se bakalářská práce zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zrakovým postižením a identifikací bariér ze strany těchto osob. V práci je analyzována uplatnitelnost osob se zrakovým postižením na trhu práce a využitelnost v rámci sociálního poradenství. Popisuje charakteristiku zrakového postižení a jeho členění. Nelze ani opomenout úlohu neziskových a státních organizací při integraci znevýhodněných osob do společnosti. Cílem práce bylo prostřednictvím interview s osobami se zrakovým postižením a zájemci o zaměstnání identifikovat bariéry ze strany těchto osob a zjistit jaká je jejich uplatnitelnost na trhu práce a využitelnost sociálního poradenství.With the help of all possible information sources this bachelor thesis is focussed on employment of visually handicapped people and identification of their barriers. Firstly, this thesis analyses use of visually handicapped people on a labour market and social consulting. Secondly, the work presents visual handicap characterization and its division. Thirdly, the thesis deals with the role of non profit and state organisation in integration of visually handicapped people into society. In conclusion the aim of this work is to find out the use of visually handicapped people in a labour market and social consulting and identification of possible barriers in this area. This is done via interviews with visually handicapped people and job candidates.
