Cílem této práce je odhalit lingvistické strategie kolumbijského prezidenta Álvara Uribeho Véleze použité k legitimizaci státu v období jeho dvou prezidentských mandátů (2002-2010) charakterizovaných různými kontroverzemi. Na počátku práce vysvětlujeme problémy konstrukce státu a poukazujeme na důvody nedůvěry občanů ke státu. Poté analyzujeme prezidentské projevy. Zaměřujeme se na sociální a politické pole, kategorizaci (rozdělení kolumbijské společnosti na skupiny a podskupiny mluvních aktérů) a strukturální, ontologické a orientační metafory.The objective of this work is to reveal the linguistic strategies of the President of Colombia, Álvaro Uribe Vélez, used for the legitimation of the State during his two presidential mandates (2002-2010) characterized by various controversies. We start describing the problems of the building of the State to show the reasons of the distrust of citizens towards the State. Then we analyze the presidential discourses. We concentrate on the social fields and, above all, the political field, on the categorization (the division of the Colombian society into groups and subgroups of discursive actors) and on the structural, ontological and orientational metaphors.
