Práce se zabývá teoretickým náhledem do problematiky pohraničí. Popisuje historický vývoj a současnost území Euroregionu Praděd. V praktické části se nachází analýza socioekonomických vývoje, která proběhla na základě dat za nezaměstnanost, ekonomickou aktivitu obyvatelstva a dle dat za podíl zaměstnaných v jednotlivých ekonomických odvětvích. Tyto indikátory jsou zobrazeny formou map, tabulek a grafů. V závěrečné části jsou shrnuty poznatky, které byly dosaženy při analýze a jejich výsledky jsou okomentovány a nabídnuty k diskusi.The thesis deals with theoretical insight into the problems of the border region. It describes the historical development and present of the Euroregion Praděd. In the practical part is the analysis of socio-economic development, which was based on data of unemployment, population and economic activity, and according to data of the share of employees in the individual economic sectors. These indicators are presented in the form of maps, tables and graphs. The final section summarizes the findings, which were achieved in the analysis and the results are commented and offered for debate.
