Tato práce se zabývá problematikou životní situace českých a nizozemských seniorů. Pojednává o určitých aspektech lidského života, které mají vliv na celkovou spokojenost seniorů, totiž vládní politika ohledně stárnutí a penzijní systém, ekonomická situace seniorů, (možnosti) trávení volného času a bytová situace. V závěru se srovnává kvalita životní situace českých a nizozemských důchodců na základě analýzy výše uvedených aspektů.This thesis deals with the issue of life situation of Czech and Dutch seniors. It is concerned with particular aspects of human life which influence the whole satisfaction of seniors,namely government policy regarding ageing and pension system, financial situation of seniors, possibilities that seniors have to spend their free time and housing situation. In the conclusion I compare the quality of the life situation of the Czech and Dutch seniors based on analyses of the mentioned aspects.
