Práce se zabývá problematikou pylových alergií metodou terénního mapování daných alergenních druhů rostlin (stromů, keřů, bylin a trav) v zájmové oblasti města Olomouce. Důraz je kladen na prostorové rozmístění problematických druhů rostlin s jejich alergologickým významem v různých oblastech města ve vztahu ke koncentraci obyvatel. Zohledněna je také časově proměnná doba kvetení během roku. Stěžejní výstup práce tvoří internetová aplikace pro chytré telefony s možností zisku okamžité informace o potenciálním riziku spojeným s pylovou problematikou v dané lokalitě.The thesis deals with the pollen alergies by field mapping of the alergenic plant species (trees, bushes, herbaceous plant and grass) in the interest area the town of Olomouc. The main aim is placed on the spatial distribution of problematic plant species with their importance allergy in various areas of the city in relation to the concentration of the population. In the interest is also time dependent flowering time during the year. One of the thesis result is the internet application for smart phones with the chance of an immediate gain information about the potential risk associated with pollen issues in the locality.
