Práce je zaměřena na pedagogickou komunikaci a schopnost třídních učitelů mapovat situaci ve třídě, odlišení typů třídních kolektivů v závislosti na jejich minulosti a způsob práce s třídními kolektivy stylů vedení třídy, tvorbu norem, komunikační klima. Práce vychází z poznatků školní, pedagogické, sociální a vývojové psychologie. Základ práce spočívá ve využití testové metody Dotazník pro třídní učitele a polostrukturovaného interview, jedná se o kombinaci kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu. Výběr výzkumného souboru proběhl pomocí prostého záměrného výběru. Celý soubor tvoří 110 třídních učitelů základních a středních škol v ČR, z nichž 105 bylo osloveno formou dotazníku a 5 formou interview. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak učitelé zjišťují informace o třídě, zda vnímají rozdíl mezi typy třídních kolektivů a jakým způsobem se třídou pracují. Výsledky ukazují, že učitelé aktivně zjišťují informace o třídě, u všech typů kolektivů vnímají jako nutnost určení pravidel soužití a někteří učitelé vnímají rozdíl mezi kolektivy při nastavování a dodržování pravidel. Nejčastějším stylem vedení je demokratický styl, který se při nerespektování pravidel mění většinou na styl autokratický.The work is focused on teaching communication and the ability to map the situation classroom teachers in the classroom, modulation type class groups depending on their past and how to work with classes - class leadership styles, standards development, communication climate. The work is based on knowledge of school, educational, social and developmental psychology. Foundation work is to use testing methods Questionnaire for classroom teachers and semistructured interview, it is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. Selection of the research group conducted using plain deliberate choice. The entire set consists of 110 classroom teachers in primary and secondary schools in the Czech Republic, of which 105 were interviewed using a questionnaire and 5 through interviews. The goal was to determine how teachers find information about the class, whether they perceive the difference between the types of class team and how class works. The results show that teachers actively detect information about the class, for all types of groups perceived as a necessity to determine the rules of coexistence and some teachers perceive the difference between the groups when setting and compliance. The most common style is a democratic leadership style that is in disregard of the rules changes mostly autocratic style.
