Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na diferenciaci adolescentů v ústavní výchově. Teoretická část charakterizuje adolescenty umístěné v institucionální výchově (z hlediska biologického, psychologického a sociálního) a také příčiny tohoto umístění. Popisuje druhy zařízení institucionální výchovy, zařízení, ve kterém výzkum probíhal a také zařízení podobného typu v zahraničí. Teoretická část také zahrnuje přehled systémů hodnocení a diferenciace adolescentů ve výchovných ústavech u nás. Cílem výzkumné části práce byla tvorba anamnestického dotazníku a systémů hodnocení a diferenciace pro oblast školy a výchovy. Další cíle byly implementace dotazníku i systémů v zařízení, jejich evaluace pracovníky a adolescenty a nakonec navržení úprav pro potřeby praxe. Použitý typ výzkumu je kvalitativní, výzkumným designem pak kvalitativní evaluace. Výzkumná část užívá k zodpovězení výzkumných otázek metody pozorování, rozhovoru, anamnestického dotazníku, sběr a analýzu dat a screeningově také dotazníků SURPS a HSPQ. Výběrový soubor tvořili ve Výchovném ústavu ve Střílkách nejen adolescenti mužského pohlaví, ale také pedagogičtí pracovníci. Cíle práce byly naplněny a práce přináší nový diagnostický nástroj pro specifickou cílovou skupinu a systémy hodnocení a diferenciace, již vyzkoušené a s návrhy úprav pro potřeby praxe. Je tedy možné využití v podobných typech zařízení.The thesis focuses on differentioation of adolescents in institutional care. The theoretical part describes adolescents placed to institutional care (in biological, psychological and social aspects) and also reasons of this placement. It describes the kinds of organizations in institutional care, organization in which research has been implemented and organizations similar type in foreign countries. The theoretical part also includes an overview of evaluation and differentiation systems in institutional care in our country. The goal of the research part was to create an anamnestic questionnaire and systems of evaluation and differentiation to the school and out of school area. Other goals were the implementation of the questionnaire and systems in the organization, their evaluation by pedagogues and adolescents and finally design the modofications necessary for needs of practice. The research typ is qualitative, research design is qualitative evaluation. The research part is used to answer the research questions the methods of observation, interview, anamnesis questionnaire, data collection and analysis and for screening purposes also questionnaires SURPS and HSPQ. The sample consisted of male adolescents and pedagogues from selected organization. The goals of thesis have been filled and thesis offers a new diagnostic instrument for specific target group and systems of evaluation and differentiation. Systems and questionnaire were tested and were designed the modofications necessary for needs of practice. It is possible to use it in similar types of organizations.
