Práce se zabývá problematikou tréninkového procesu rytmické gymnastiky mentálně postižených (MP) dle regulí Speciálních olympiád (SO). Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit změny v dovednostech po čtyřměsíčním tréninkovém programu rytmické gymnastiky (RG) podle ?Metodické příručky pro trenéry rytmické gymnastiky v Českém hnutí Speciálních olympiád? a ověřit její aplikovatelnost v praxi. Teoretická část analyzuje systém rytmické gymnastiky ve Special Olympic International (SOI) a v Českém hnutí Speciálních olympiád (ČHSO). Praktická část realizuje a vyhodnocuje program v 17 tréninkových jednotkách na 3 dívkách s MP z klubu Rytmus Olomouc. V pre-testu na začátku ledna byly gymnastky ohodnoceny 0 b z možných 10 b. Post-test byl proveden kvalifikovanými rozhodčími v soutěži RG na Visegrádských hrách v červenci. Bodové ohodnocení se pohybovalo v rozmezí 0,2-2,8 b. V práci byla použita metoda hodnocení dle kategoriální škály ? hodnocení v úrovních SO a analýza dokumentů z oficiálních stránek www.specialolympics.org, kde jsou umístěny důležité dokumenty týkající se rytmické gymnastiky.The paper deals with the problematics of a training process of rhythmic gymnastics of mentally disabled according to the rules of Special Olympics (SO). The main aim of the work is to find out the changes in the skills after a four-month-training process of rhythmic gymnastics according to the ?Methodological handbook for rhythmic gymnastics trainers in the Czech Movement of Special Olympics? and verify its practical use. The theoretical part analyses the rhythmic gymnastics system in the Special Olympic International (SOI) and in the Czech Movement of Special Olympics (ČHSO). The practical part realises and evaluates the programme in 17 training units of 3 mentally disabled girls from the Rytmus Olomouc Club. In the pre-test at the beginning of January, the girls were evaluated with 0 point out of 10 possible. The post-test was performed by qualified referees in the rhythmical gymnastics competition at Visegrad Games in July. The evaluation was within the limit 0,2 ? 2,8 points. The evaluation methodology used in the work was the metodology in accordance with categorial scale ? the evaluation in the levels of SO and the analyses of documents from official sites www.specialolympics.org, where important documents concerning rhythmic gymnastics are placed.
