Diplomová práce se zaobírá Asociačními dohodami a dohodami uzavřenými se státy Východního partnerství v rámci vnějších vztahů Evropské unie při praktickém zaměření se na Ukrajinu. Práce přibližuje čtenáři problematiku vzájemných smluvních rámců, které prohlubují společné privilegované vztahy v kontextu s vnitropolitickou situací v daných šesti zemích. V rámci prvních kapitol diplomová práce pojednává o Evropské politice sousedství, iniciativě Východního partnerství a jeho přínosu, dále je věnována pozornost vnějším smlouvám, jež jsou uzavírány s Evropskou unií, jejich právní povaze, účinkům a druhům s důrazem na Asociační dohodu s Ukrajinou. Třetí kapitola obsahuje komparaci tzv. Evropských asociačních dohod a Asociačních dohod uzavřených se státy Východního partnerství, rozbor aktérů, kteří utvářejí společné vztahy, institucionální struktura dohod a sekundární asociační právo, jež je těmito orgány tvořeno. Následující kapitola přibližuje čtenáři vzájemně uzavřené dohody v užším slova smyslu a jejich analýzu. Jsou zde rozebírány vztahy Evropské unie a Ukrajiny. Následuje doplnění práce o judikaturu Soudního dvora Evropské Unie, jež se k problematice Asociačních dohod vyjadřuje, a v závěru jsou vzneseny úvahy ohledně možného budoucího vývoje států Východního partnerství od přidružení k asociaci.This thesis deals with the Association Agreements and Agreements concluded with the Eastern Partnership countries within the European Union external relations in practical focus on the Ukraine. The work brings readers the matter of contractual frameworks that enhance joint privileged relations in the context of the political situation in the six countries. Within the first chapter the thesis talks about the European Neighbourhood Policy, the Eastern Partnership initiative and its benefits, further attention is paid to external agreements which are concluded with the European Union, their legal nature, effects and species, with emphasis on the Association Agreement with the Ukraine. The third chapter contains comparison of so-called European Association Agreements and Association Agreements with the countries of the Eastern Partnership, an analysis of the actors who shape the common relations, institutional structure of the Agreements and secondary association law, which is formed by those authorities. The following chapter introduces the reader mutually concluded Agreements in the strict sense and analysis. There are analyzed relations between the European Union and the Ukraine. Then the thesis is supplemented by the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union, which is the issue of Association Agreements expressed, and in the end are raised considerations regarding the possible future development of the Eastern Partnership from affiliation to Association.
