Cílem této práce bylo popsat informovaný souhlas pacienta a instituty s tím související. Medicínské právo pacienta a s tím související informovaný souhlas pacienta je zakotven v právních předpisech nejrůznější právní síly. Vztah pacienta a lékaře byl dříve nerovný, v současné době se zásluhou vyšší vzdělanosti a důrazu na svobodu jedná o vztah rovnocenný. Práva pacientů v současné době upravuje Etický kodex Práva pacientů. Pacient sám určuje, zda bude zákrok na jeho těle proveden a jakého druhu tento zákrok bude. Povinností lékaře je v současné době respektovat práva pacienta. Nerespektování práv pacienta by mohlo založit lékařovu odpovědnost.The aim of this thesis was to describe the informed consent of the patient and related institutes. Medical law of the patient and related informed consent is enshrined in the legislation of various legal force. Relationship between the patient and the doctor had been previously uneven, currently, due to higher education and emphasis on freedom the relationship is equivalent. Patient?s rights are currently governed by the Code of Ethics Patient Rights. The patient himself determines whether the surgery will be performed on his body and what kind of procedure it will be. Doctor?s obligation in these days is to respect the rights of the patient. Failure to respect the rights of the patient could establish the doctor's responsibility.
