Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou financování politických stran v České republice z pohledu ústavní a zákonné úpravy, jakož i navazující judikatury soudů. Práce se v úvodu zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu politická strana a jeho vztahu ke státu a nahlíží na postavení politické strany z ústavněprávního pohledu. Pro větší pochopení této problematiky jsou v práci nastíněny základní principy, cíle a formy financování. Hlavní část práce analyzuje jednotlivé příspěvky státního a soukromého financování politických stran. Poukazuje na významná soudní rozhodnutí, nedokonalou zákonnou úpravu a nabízí její možné řešení. Pro větší ucelenost je v závěru pojednáno o kontrole financování politických stran a následně i o jejich případném sankcionování.The diploma thesis deals with the issue of political parties' funding in the Czech Republic from the point of view of the constitutional and statutory regulation and related case law of the Court of Justice. Firstly, the thesis outlines the term "political party" and its relation to the state and its constitutional status. Basic principles, goals and types of financing are mentioned in the thesis as well for better understanding. The main part of the thesis analyses particular contributions, both private and state, to political parties' funding. It also highlights several significant rulings and the imperfect statutory regulation and suggests possible solutions. The last part of this thesis deals with political parties' funding supervision and their potential penalization.
