Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou a charakterizací derivátů kinetinu a jejich následným fluorescenčním značením. Teoretická část práce pojednává o všech cytokininech, jejich dělení a struktuře, výskytu a vlastnostech. Dále také detailně o kinetinu, jsou popsány jeho fyzikální vlastnosti, struktura a jeho biologické působení na samotné buňky, živočichy a celé rostliny. Praktická část popisuje laboratorní přípravu derivátů kinetinu a jejich fluorescenční značení. Následně jsou uvedeny biologické testy, v nichž byly připravené látky testovány. Poslední část je tvořena výsledky biologických testů a jejich následným zhodnocením v diskuzi.Presented diploma thesis concerned with preparation and characterization of kinetin derivates and their followed fluorescent labeling. Theoretical part of thesis deals with all cytokinins, their division and structure, occurrence and properties. After that, thesis deals with kinetin in detail, its physical properties, structure and biological influence of as such cells, animals and whole plants are described. Practical part of thesis describes laboratory preparation of kinetin derivates and their fluorescent labeling. After that, biotests in which prepared substances were tested, are presented. Final part is created by result of biotests and by their followed evaluation in discussion.
