Empatie měla v celém souboru pozitivní vztah k emocionální exhausci a osobnímu uspokojení a negativní vztah k depersonalizaci. Signifikantně nízká pozitivní korelace (r = 0,361; p = 0,001) se projevila mezi empatií a emocionální exhauscí u všeobecných sester ZZS OK a ve skupině všeobecných sester - žen ZZS OK (r = 0, 296; p = 0,041). Signifikantně nízká pozitivní korelace se projevila u všeobecných sester - žen mezi empatií a osobním uspokojením u všeobecných sester z FNOL (r = 0,226; p = 0,038). Hypotézy byly testovány na hladině signifikance 0,05. Zvyšování empatie by mohlo vést k emocionálnímu vyhoření. Všeobecné sestry musí získat optimální míru empatie, se kterou budou pečovat o pacienty a zároveň budou chránit samy sebe. The aim of this thesis was to summarize findings from the range of issues of burnout syndrome and empathy among nurses. General nurses worked at Faculty Hospital Olomouc (hereinafter FNOL) in internal medicine and in EMS Service Olomouc Region (hereinafter EMS OK). Another objective was to examine if there is a relationship between burnout syndrome and empathy among the studied groups of general nurses. Questionnaire MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory) was used to obtain data and IVE (Eysenck Impulsivity Inventory). 219 questionnaires were distributed and 175 questionnaires were processed, the return was 90 %. Research participated 133 of women (76%) and 42men (24%). The standard internal departments were in a high degree of emotional burnout in the Emotional Exhaustion 41.1%; Depersonalisation hapened at 26, 5%; in the Personal Accomplishment 23.3% nurses. From the EMS teams were in a high degree of emotional burnout in the Emotional Exhaustion 23.5% nurses; at Depersonalisation 37.6%; in the Personal Accomplishment 29.4% nurses. When comparing the entire research group significantly higher rate of Emotional Exhaustion had nurses from FNOL (p = 0,001), degree of Depersonalisation had significantly higher nurses from EMS OK (p = 0,001), the degree of Personal Accomplishment was without any significance in both groups . When comparing only the women group there was a significantly higher rate of Emotional Exhaustion at nurses from FNOL (p = 0,002). Empathy was significantly higher among nurses from FNOL and in women group (p = 0,0001). The relationship between burnout syndrome and empathy was confirmed. The level of empathy had throughout the whole researched positive relationship to Emotional Exhaustion and Personal Accomplishment, whereas the relationship to Depersonalisation was negative. Significantly low positive correlation (r = 0,361; p = 0,041) became evident throughout the researched group between empathy and Emotional Exhaustion in the group of general nurses women ZZS OK (EMS OK) and in a group of general nurses - women ZZS OK (r = 0,296; p = 0,041). Significantly low correlation manifested itself between general nurses-women between empathy and Personal Accomplishment with general nurses from FNOL (r = 0,226; p = 0, 038). Hypothesis were tested for significance level of 0,05. Increase of the level of empathy may lead to emotional burnout. General nurses must obtain optimal level of empathy, with which they will care for the patiens and protect themselves at same time.Title statement Welding metallurgy and weldability of stainless steels / John C.
