V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou analyzovány obnovitelné zdroje energie v oblasti rodinné výstavby. Pozornost je zaměřena na úspory tepelné energie, způsoby vytápění, větrání, termické kolektorové systémy, využití solárních článků a energeticky úspornou a ekologickou přípravu teplé vody. V aplikační části jsou popsány konkrétní domy ve Švýcarsku, Německu a v České republice. Nejnovější technologie jsou využity také v nových domech v okolí Valašského Meziříčí. Jejich investoři chtěli docílit minimálních investičních nákladů při výstavbě a maximálních úspor při provozu domu. Z rozhovoru s majiteli bylo zjištěno, že nejdražší na stavbě byla práce a celkové finanční náklady na pořízení materiálů a technologií. Pokud se investoři dokázali kvalifikovaně rozhodnout v oblasti výběru typu stavby, použitých technologií a materiálů, předpokládá se, že provozní náklady při vlastním bydlení budou nízké, a tím se vložené investiční náklady postupně vrátí.In the theoretical part of presented bachelor thesis renowable energetic sources are analyzed with respect to construction of family houses. An attention is especially payed to energy saving, ways of heating, airing, termic collector systems, use of solar cells and obtaining hot water in an economical and ecological way. In the empirical part specific houses in Switzerland, Germany and the Czech republic are described. The up-to-date technologies were also used in several new houses in the surroundings of Valašské Meziříčí. Their investors ´main aim was to meet both minimal acquisition cost during the construction and maximum savings on running of the house. On the basis of interviews with the owners of the houses, it has revealed that the most expensive was the work on the construction and overall financial cost spent on material and technology acquisition. If the investors prove to decide competently on choosing the proper kind of house, technologies and materials, there is high probability that the cost of its operation will be low and that the invested money will be gradually saved.
