Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou skupinové logopedické intervence u osob se získanou orgánovou nemluvností. Teoretická část je zaměřena na oblast narušené komunikační schopnosti - afázie, její terminologie, etiologie, symptomatologie, klasifikace, ale také diagnostiky a terapie. Zvláštní prostor je věnován skupinové logopedické intervenci jednak v kontextu logopedie,ale především s akcentem na získanou orgánovou nemluvnost. Praktická část je pojata jako výzkumné šetření, které je zaměřené na tři skupiny respondentů - poskytovatele skupinové logopedické intervence pro osoby s afázií, osoby s afázií a jejich rodinné příslušníky, kteří mají s touto formou terapie zkušenost. Cílem práce je zmapovat a vzájemně komparovat možnosti skupinové logopedické intervence pro osoby se získanou orgánovou nemluvností na území České republiky a zjistit pohled osob s afázií a jejich rodinných příslušníků na tuto formu terapie.The diploma thesis deals with a group logopedics therapy of people with acquired organ aphasia. The theoretical part focuses on the area of speech disorder aphasia, its terminology, etiology, symptomatology, classification and also diagnostics and therapy. A specific part of it is also devoted to the group logopedics therapy both in context of speech therapy and also with an emphasis on acquired organ aphasia. The practical part is taken as a research aimed at three groups of respondents providers of group therapy for people with aphasia, people with aphasia and their relatives who have experience with this kind of therapy. The aim of the thesis is to explore and compare possibilities of group logopedics therapy for people with acquired organ aphasia in the Czech Republic and find out what is the opinion of people with aphasia and their relatives on this kind of therapy.
