Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením speciálního pedagoga v procesu podpory těhotných žen s chronickým onemocněním či disabilitou během prenatální péče, poskytované ženám v gynekologických ambulancích a v přípravě ženy na porod. Práce se dále věnuje postavení speciálního pedagoga při narození dítěte s disabilitou, vzniklou v těhotenství či v souvislosti s průběhem porodu, podporou rodiny krátce po narození dítěte,poskytovanou ze strany odborného personálu a širší rodiny. V teoretické části vymezuji speciálního pedagoga, změny ženského těla v graviditě a vznik možných komplikací v těhotenství, souvisejících s disabilitou ženy. Dále se zabývám narozením dítěte s disabilitou v menších porodnicích, úlohou všech odborníků při podpoře rodiny a také službou rané péče. V praktické části mapuji spolupráci speciálního pedagoga s ambulantními lékaři a těhotnými ženami. Také jeho pracovní uplatnění na gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení okresní nemocnice Olomouckého kraje. Cílem práce je nastínit důležitost komplexní péče u těhotných žen a dětí s disabilitou a podpořit postavení spaciálního pedagoga v péči o ženu a její narozené dítě.The thesis deals with the status of a special educator in the process of support of pregnant women with chronic diseases or disability, in the prenatal care provided to women in the gynaecological outpatient clinics and in the preparation of women for childbirth. The work is further dedicated to the position of special educator in the birth of a child with disability resulting in pregnancy or in connection with the course of labour, delivery and support of the family shortly after the birth of the child by the professional staff and the wider family. In the theoretical part define the fundamental rights of the special educator, the changes a woman's body in pregnancy and the emergence of possible complications in pregnancy, related with disability women. Further I deal with the birth of a child with disability in smaller hospitals, the role of all professionals in the promotion of the family and also in the service of early care. In the practical part there is described cooperation of the special educator with ambulant doctors and pregnant women. Also its a job at the gynaecological-obstetrics department of the district hospital Olomouc region. The aim of this paper is to outline the importance of comprehensive care for pregnant women and children with disability and support the position of the spacial of the teacher in the care of the woman and her newborn child.
