Cílem práce je zmapovat přístupnost a vnitřní uspořádání budov vybraných úřadů městských obvodů v Ostravě a podmínky samostatného pohybu a orientace pro osoby s postižením v těchto budovách. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení a klasifikaci pojmů tělesné, sluchové, zrakové a mentální postižení. Dále popisuje specifika komunikace s osobami s postižením. V praktické části jsou uvedeny informace o současné situaci na vybraných úřadech a krátce navrhuje způsoby zlepšení nynějšího stavu.The anim of the Bachelor thesis is to describe the accessibility and the internal layout of the selected offices city districts of Ostrava and the conditions for independent motion and orientation in those buildings for persons with handicap. The teoretical part attends to the definitions and classification of physical handicap, hearing impairment, visual impairment and mental disability. It also describes the specifics of communication wtih persons with disabilities. The survey part shows the information on nowadays situation in selected buildings and shortly suggests ways to improve present aspect.
