Předmětem této práce jsou jedinci s mentálním postižením a situace, se kterými se setkávají při úředních jednáních. První část je zaměřena na charakteristiku osob s mentálním postižením, jejich kvalitu života a popis veřejné správy. Druhá část charakterizuje konkrétní vybrané osoby s mentálním postižením a v závěru analyzujeme připravenost osob s mentálním postižením vyřizovat si záležitosti na úřadech samostatně.The subject of this work is people with mental disabilities and the problems that occur during their interaction with government departments. The first part is concerned with the characteristics of people with mental disabilities, their quality of life and a description of public services. The second part describes a particular individual with mental disabilities and in conclusion we analyze the readiness of the mentally disabled to deal with official matters independently.
